About the return policy
1. Return and exchange procedures
Returns and exchanges of products that meet the return conditions will only be accepted within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (such as the product being different from what you expected or the size not fitting).
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service center in advance. Our customer support will guide you through the return process.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges to overseas destinations.
We cannot return or exchange products shipped overseas (such as orders through overseas transfer companies) for any reason. Please note.
2. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges
In the following cases, we will cover the cost, but in other cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
*If the return is due to customer convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. The specific fee will depend on the shipping company selected by the customer.
*If the return is due to reasons on our part (damage to the product, incorrect delivery, etc.), the customer will not be required to pay the shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

- Products with tags or packaging removed
- Used, washed, dirty or smelly items
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

5. Prohibited Activities
If the returned item cannot be resold, we may not be able to accept the return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, stained or have an odor, or if the tags or packaging have been removed.
